Background
The purpose of the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) ITES-SW2 is to support Army, Department of Defense (DoD) and all Federal Agency enterprise Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and info-structure goals by leveraging Commercially available-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software products.
Our current contract, number W52P1J-20-D-0064, is active through August 31, 2025, with an option period until August 30, 2030.

Scope
ITES-SW2 includes a range of COTS software categorized into fourteen (14) catalogs: Audio & Visual, Business & Finance, Communication, Database, Education, Internet, Modeling & Simulation, Multimedia & Design, NetOps, Office Suite, Operating Systems, Programming & Development, IT Utility & Security, and Specialized. The Army and Contractors supporting the Army will be authorized to fulfill requirements under ITES-SW2. The scope is considered to be both CONUS, OCONUS and remote OCONUS in geographic breadth.
